Request for Training Space
Submission Deadline: December 31, 2009
AFP-MD seeks conference room or classroom space for educational programs in 2010. The educational programs typically last 1.5 hours with 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., or 12:00 p.m. start times. The conference room or classroom must accommodate 10- 50 participants comfortably and have a speakerphone, laptop, and projector available for use. Free nearby parking and access to public transportation preferred.
If you would like to be considered to host an educational program, please click here to complete a brief survey about the space you would have available by December 31, 2009. If your organization has more than one meeting space that meets the criteria, please submit a separate survey for each.
AFP-MD will compile a directory of available space, and a Program Committee member may contact you throughout the year regarding your interest in hosting an upcoming training.

The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County's Celebration of Philanthropy Scholarship The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County’s Celebration of Philanthropy Scholarship offers limited funding to Anne Arundel County nonprofit organization staff members, volunteers, board members and residents who are interested in learning more about development and fundraising. Nonprofits not located in but serving primarily Arundel County are also eligible. These scholarships are funded by proceeds from the annual Celebration of Philanthropy Luncheon in Arundel County, sponsored by the Community Foundation of the Anne Arundel County in partnership with the Association of Fundraising Professionals-Maryland Chapter.
